With the BM Cutter 2800, Horstmann Maschinenbau provides the right tool for all those companies that want to carry out in-house packaging-on-demand on a larger scale. The cardboard cutting machine is characterized by its extremely robust design and is correspondingly low-maintenance. Finely tuned digital and mechanical components enable fast, uninterrupted production of corrugated cardboard boxes in almost any FEFCO size. Separate drives for each cutting and creasing group in combination with individual axis controls ensure the highest cutting precision.

Up to 10 continuous corrugated board sheets with widths from 400 to 2800 mm can be fed to the BM Cutter in parallel via a corresponding number of pallet positions. The selection of the individual magazines is regulated automatically or manually via the machine control. The stack height of the cardboard magazines can reach heights of up to 2.2 m, and the board cutter can process corrugated board in material thicknesses of 2 to 7 mm.
